Sometimes you want all the messages from one party to be filtered into another folder besides your Inbox. You can easily accomplish this with Rules in Outlook.
- Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
- Right-click on your email address and select New Folder.
- Label it whatever title you would like and click Enter.
- On the Home tab of Outlook, click on the Rules drop-down and select "Manage Rules and Alerts."
- Click New Rule.
- Make sure the default "Move messages from someone to a folder" is selected.
- Under Step 2 at the bottom, click on "People or public group."
- At the bottom of this screen, to the right of From, type the email address of the sender you would like to re-direct.
- Click OK.
- Click on "Specified" at the bottom to select the destination folder.
- Select the folder you created in Step 3.
- Click Finish.
- Click OK.
