The Canon imageClass MF731C/733C has the ability to scan documents to your computer. This is done by following these  steps:

1. Place the document in the document feeder or flatbed.
2. Select "Scan" from the Home screen.
3. Select "Computer" for the Scan Type.
4. Select the destination computer. Note: If your computer is not listed, see the steps below.
5. Select the Scan Type.
6. Click Start.

What to do if your computer name is not listed for step 4:

1. Click the Start menu > Canon > Canon MF Network Scanner Utility.
2. In the Notification area in the bottom right of your screen (near the clock) look for the "Canon MF Network Scanner Utility" icon and click on it.
   
3. In the Scanner List, look for the "Canon MF731/733."
4. If it is unchecked, check it. If it is already checked, uncheck and re-check it.
5. Click OK.

Your computer should now be listed for step 4 above.
