Background: Criteria Corp. is a company that creates Pre-Employment Testing Software.  In some of the Divisions of VBC we use a website called https://ondemandassessment.com/  to do pre-employment testing.

We have learned that when a potential employee takes the test, there are at times issues with the website giving an error after an attempt to submit the test(s).  Criteria Corp. support gave us the process below to follow for issues such as these.

1) Go to https://www.oda1.com

2) Click "Continue" and then Enter the "Event ID" (Note: This Event ID is created prior to taking any test, and it is a number that is assigned to each test taker.)
