Use this quick reference guide below to understand a brief description of each app you may encounter on iPads, and what function they each provide you as a Team Lead.

	Actvcontent	This app has now been renamed "Offsite", see below.
	ADP Mobile	This app keeps you connected to your company information. It provides a convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits and other vital HR information for you and your team.
	BIM 360	This app is used for viewing, marking up, and taking measurements of the engineering drawings/prints.
	Buildertrend	This app is used for tracking issues with the Units/Boxes.
	Chrome	This app is used for researching items on the web/internet.
	Excel	This app is used to view/edit spreadsheets.
	Offsite	This app is used for Quality Control.  Formerly Actvcontent.
	OneDrive	This app is used to store all of your documents, images, etc.  Please use this as your backup for all important files.
	OneNote	This app is used as a notebook for note taking in meetings, for team lead duties etc.
	Outlook	This app is used for email.  You can compose, recieve and send emails using this app.
	Power Apps	This app is used for VBC's interally created apps, such as Time Tracker and Downtime Tracker apps.  We sometimes link these apps in Teams and they open with Power Apps.
	PowerPoint	This app is used to present, view and edit presentations and slides.
	Teams	This app is used for VBC chat, meetings, calling, and collaboration.  As Team Leads you make use of the "Teams" section within Teams which is where drawings/prints used to be stored, prior to BIM 360.
	Word	This app is used for creating letters, and typing notes.
	Quality Control Check List	This app is used as a Check list for Quality Control.  For more details on use, contact the Quality Control Department.
	SDS / Chemical Management	This is a Safety app that can be used to search and give information on chemicals that are being used in the factory at the Hamlet location, so that you are aware of the chemical hazards and handling procedures.
	VBC IT Support	This app is used for submitting IT issues that you may encounter with your device.  It also provides you with a knowledge base that you may search to find solutions before submitting a ticket.
	Zoom	This app is used for company wide meetings, such as Town Hall meetings, HR Open Enrollment meetings etc.
