Connecting to a Conference Room Television Wirelessly

In addition to being able to connect to the conference room televisions by the HDMI cable, you can also connect through the wireless network in The Vault:

 

  1. Turn on the Television.
    Note: If the Television Source is not set to the TV, click the Home button, go to source and switch to the TV.
  2. Turn on your laptop and make sure it is connected to the network.
  3. Go to Start > Settings > Devices.
  4. Click on “Add Bluetooth or other device” then “Wireless display or dock.”
    Note: If you are not seeing the TV listed, look for it under "Wireless displays & docks." Highlight the TV in question and select "Remove Device," then try this step again.
  5. Select the TV you wish to use. It will be labeled the same as the name of the conference room.
  6. Click Allow when prompted on the Television.
