You can reset your own password without having to contact Technical Support as long as you have set up your Authentication Methods (Authenticator App, Phone Number or email address) with Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). If you haven't configured your Authentication Methods, you can do so here: https://aka.ms/ssprsetup

Once you are registered, you can reset your password with these steps:

1. You select the Can't access your account link or go directly to https://aka.ms/sspr.
2. Enter your User ID and pass a captcha (Completely Automated Public Turing Test To Tell Computers and Humans Apart).
3. The system will verify you with your selected Authentication Method.
4. You will be prompted to reset the password.
