Set the image file as a Desktop Background:

1. Download the attached "[email protected]" file.
2. Place the file in your OneDrive folder.
3. Right-click on the Desktop and select Personalize.
4. Under Background, make sure Picture is selected.
5. Under Choose your Picture, click Browse.
6. Browse to your OneDrive folder and select the "[email protected]" file.
7. Click Choose Picture.
8. Close the PC Settings screen.

You can also use this image for the lock screen on your system:

1. Click on Settings > Personalization > Lock screen.
2. Click on Background and select Picture or Slideshow to use the "[email protected]" file from your OneDrive as the background for your Lock Screen.
