Contact IT for issues related to the following:
- I forgot my Username / Password.
- Documents in BIM360Docs are not opening correctly.
- My Desktop Connector isn’t working as intended.
- I don’t have correct access to Revit files.
Contact the BIM Manager for issues related to the following:
- I’m unable to open BIM360Docs on my computer.
- I don’t have permissions to view the documents I need.
- The invite email has expired.
- I need to be set up again on all projects I was a member of.
- I need to add a new user to BIM360Docs.
