When you attempt to access SAP, you may receive the error message "Resource Temporarily Unavailable."

This can happen if the GlobalProtect application is not currently running. To fix this error, you can start the GlobalProtect client by going to the Start menu > Palo Alto Networks > GlobalProtect. Once the GlobalProtect client is connected, the logo will appear in the notification area by the clock and you can start SAP:
